1. The membership of the trading system is subject to Administrator's Approval. The Administrator reserves the right to accept or deny membership to any individual or firm, without stating any reason whatsoever.

2. The trading timings of the trading hub would be from 8:00 AM till 8:00 PM. After the trading timings, the trading will be suspended. The trading will reopen the next day, after which all the buying & selling leads, Offers & Bids would be expired.

3. No Member is allowed to enter his Adress or Phone number while posting a Selling Lead, Buying Lead, Offer or Bid. If any member violates this condition, he would be permanently blocked from the system.

4. After a deal is confirmed, No Member can back off from the deal. If any member dishonours his deal, he would be permanently blocked from the system.

5. The Name of Buyers will be Hidden from the System. Instead of Buyer Name, "Yarn Sons" will be shown.

6. Yarn Sons will charge a nominal Commission on every deal which is made via the online trading Hub.
